Good location

Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Attitude of “I got your money and I’m done with you” Outside facilities are outdated and grounds not kept clean

We would defiantly recommend this resort and connect back again

The location was perfect and super clean . The room was very clean and modern . Beach front with lounges and umbrella with a beautiful dock

The mattress was not very comfortable

Kids had fun at pool and at the lake. Loved the lounge chairs by the lake. Very practical and private lake for us.

Wouldn't return

Staff was friendly, good location

This is NOT a place for adults, unless you hang out by the pool or lake, and let your kids run unsupervised for the most part. It was loud, and had what I assumed was teenagers knocking on my window 3 times between midnight ad 01:00 am.

We were overall very disappointed.

The pool was great.

There was only one umbrella available for use at the pool. Very disappointing for the size of the resort and the number of guests. We were unable to get into the room until after check in hours. The room was supposed to have been non-smoking but clearly had been smoked in. The staff did have an air-purifier put on in the room. We stayed at this resort after having read and been given great past reviews. We were extremely disappointed.

I would definitely stay again. we are frequent visitors to Lake George and this was our first visit here.

Location was great.

Room was underwhelming. I guess in a tourist town on the water you get what you get. Driveway was odd and the staff were indifferent- I’m sure a ton of people come through once and done. All in all, met our needs, but I would not stay there again.

very relaxing

as soon as we walked into the room you can smell how clean it was, the view from the hotel beach was great, walking distance to almost everything in the village.

parking lot was a little small for my SUV

Love it here

Stayed in the little cabin by the lake. It was great. Had our own porch and gas grill

One thing I would change is to have the bathroom door open out into the room. The bathroom is beautifully done but difficult to navigate with the door in the way

A great weekend staycation in LGV

Check it was easy, and all the staff members were exceptional. Very nice location with a great beach. Outdoor pool was heated and many people took advantage of that even though the temperature outside was quite chilly. The room has all you need. Bathroom had dispensers of body was and shampoo/conditioner. Room was quiet and comfortable. Microwave, fridge, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer in each room. Ideal location for parking your car (free) and walk to all of the places in the village.

I truly have nothing to complain about.

Location, both town and room. It was a corner room with a private balcony overlooking the lake.

No table or counter space in the room.

It’s a great place to stay… we’ll definitely book again…next time pay attention to my room selection

We love the location. We can walk everywhere we want to go in the village. Also, there are so many things to do on the property. There are lawn games, beach fire pits, pool, patio facing the lake. Just a great place!!

The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that we booked a king bed with ocean view. I should have researched my room a little better. The room did have a king bed, but I felt that the room was too small for that size bed. Also… the only lake view we had was if we went outside …. No view from our room… that was disappointing.

Perfect stay for our needs. Definitely coming back.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. Best beach area on this strip. Staff was great. Great view.

The coffee machine could use an update. Maybe a single serve keurig?

We looked at a lot places to say and I'm very happy we chose the Marine Village Resort.

The room fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, fairly priced, and the location was great. There was a lot to do at the resort and we were also walking distance to numerous outlets around town.

I thought there would be a safe to keep our belongings but we did not see one. It was also pretty pricey to rent a kayak being that we were already paying to stay at the resort.

lots of water related activities available, but it rained all weekend so all activities, including the pool, were off limits.

when it rains, all beach activities are not available. I would have liked to use the pool.
