Front Desk service was exceptional. Kudos to Nancy. Great spirit and super helpful. We need more people in the hospitality industry like herself!

The walkway along the rooms needs a super cleaning. All that dirt and grime gets tracked into the room. Though there is supposed to be security, the parking lot was littered with garbage including right next to my car.

We needed a place to stay with our animals during an unforeseen situation at our home during those repairs. We stayed in the two queen beds called the deluxe room. The room is a bit outdated gave a 90’s feel, but our needs were met. Love that animals are welcome and the room we stayed in had laminated flooring rather than carpet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We stayed on a Friday night, and the INN was calm and quiet. It has a nice pool that when used if we shut our windows we could not hear much from outside, so the noise was very limited from the outside of our room. The Air conditioning was amazing and kept us cool thorough our stay. The surrounding area is pleasant, has many places to go to shop, dine, and close to the freeway. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

The downfall is you must pay for the WIFI and only allow 2 devises at a time. Also, the TV in the room is small. Other than that, we would stay again.
