Just the location
Unclean and noisy. The amount of noise we experienced while staying on the first floor was a disaster. You could hear footsteps from the room a couple of steps down from you. The dust in the room was very visible. The bed sheets smelled strongly of detergent and bleach. The kitchen was missing a lot of utensils. There is no way you can sit on the sofa. I would suggest paying a little extra—maybe $25—for a better quality room and a more comfortable stay.
