BAD!!! Only thing I can say.

Nothing really!

The feel of the whole room. It had broken lights, bandages on the remote and dirty. The floors were wood or vinyl wood floors and could tell they weren't clean. The tub and sink weren't clean. The bed sheets looked as if it wasn't clean. The room was bad. We normally go to upscale hotels, but was trying to save on money so choose this place, bad idea because we still ending up paying over $250 for rooms because we had to find another hotel to check into in order to leave this room. We deserve a refund or at half of our money back!

Horrible experience

Close to the venue I was going to.

False advertising…pictures on the sure does not portray what the facility actually looks like currently. When I turned the corner to the hotel to go to pool (no pool chairs or towels) the maintenance man was standing there with a ski mask on in 90 degree weather and on top of that ppl where actually doing car repairs on their vehicles. When complained the owners brother was rude and disrespectful threatening to charge me $150 for using a hand towel to clean coffee that was spilled in the fridge s that housekeeping neglected to clean. He stated you get what you pay for and this is not give star.

Never again!

The location was the only positive thing I can say about this hotel was the location off rt 95.

The check in was strange, I couldn't understand or hear the guy through the 5 inch of glass pane and the lobby was locked. No elevator and we had luggage to carry upstairs. The room was dank smelling and bed was not comfortable, it felt like a pull out couch. The toilet was clogged up after one flush and took several tries to go down. Thank fully we didnt see any bugs, but it smelled like bug spray.

it was a decent stop over

the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

the bathroom was not very clean and the breakfast had nothing but carbs no protein

They need to upgrade

location only!

looks like they bout from Jameson Inn, and don’t put any upgrade or money into the property, the staff put us in a so call suite with a non working microwave and no Frig, the TV was small in LR no remote. one set of towels and they were out till the evening. I will never stay here again!

No more Red Roofs for me.

Nothing—it was so bad we didn’t stay there after paying for the night.

checked out the room after I checked in. I lifted up the coverlet on the bed and the sheets were barely on. And the room had a very unpleasant smell. I decided to call my payment a loss and found another good hotel for the night. No more Red Roofs for me.

The housekeeper explained this was one room not yet renovated. Why was it offered to guests?

The platform bed was very comfortable.

The chest of drawers were missing handles/knobs so they were left open for use creating a trip hazard. Only one side of the bed had a lamp and that was rusted. A very heavy desk chair was left upside down on top of the desk area; it had to be lifted so that the surface could be used. The sink drain was open leading to the possibility of a ring sliding off one's hand. The walls were not clean; one area was badly marked. The room was dark at night.

I will not stay in any red roof hotel in the futur

This is an old hotel badly renovated and the restroom smell very badly. There is rust on the every metal in the room and there was no kleenex.

The motel was outdated and dirty, and was a poor value for $110

close to the highway

I booked the Red Roof as a last minute stay on a road trip. I bypassed other, less expensive motels, as I thought a $110 room, under the Red Roof name would be clean and comfortable. I checked in, and as soon as I walked in the room it was obvious people had been smoking there. The manager denied this, saying it is a non-smoking hotel. I used the bathroom, and found a package of condiments in the shower. (Salt, pepper, fork). There was a paper wrapper underneath the vanity. The toilet seat was loose, and the toilet itself was loose on the floor, causing a dangerous rocking. We went right to sleep. In the morning, we tried to put on the TV, found no remote. I found a bedbug bite on myself, and later killed a cockroach on the wall. If this hotel is to remain in business, it should costing about $60 a night, or it should be remodeled, with more thorough cleaning procedures.

Roach/ Flies Motel.

I was very very very disappointed at this hotel. Booking.com you all might want to research hotel before you all advertise it on your site. This hotel was very disappointing. I need my money back a full refund.

The Red Roof Inn & Suite in Wilson, North Carolina was the nastiest room I have ver stayed in and I Need my money back i didnt even stay. Once the roach came out we left after they saw the roach in the room just nasty. And the roach was still alive and the flies was still alive and the dirt was in the room. There is nothing Suite about this hotel. Just nasty.
