Disappointing

The location is 3star but the price is 5star..for a 3star location its nice and we could enjoy it, even if its already a bit in the years with furniture.. its quite ok

Its way much overpriced for the effective standard. This for the hotel but also for the served food at the waterfront restaurant. 20-30% less the prive would reflect the quality you get. Side note: the location is on the fogy side.. there are places on cape cod where you have much more sun.

Love this place!!

Everything! Beautiful property! Staff and management are very accommodating and friendly!!

Staff and management went above and beyond to make my family, and I feel appreciated, comfortable, and welcomed. This was the first time we stayed at the Lighthouse Inn for our annual family vacation, and we are so impressed we are hoping to make it our permanent family vacation spot!

Beautiful location disappointing hotel experience

Beautiful building and location on the beach. Great atmosphere, loved the Sand Bar restaurant up the road.

Rude staff. Paid for a queen bed, got a very uncomfortable double, was told there was nothing they could do about it - deal with it or leave. Bed was very hard and wobbly, very thin duvet. Old towels. We were told we weren’t able to have the breakfast because we didn’t book directly through their website

We enjoyed the views, being so close to the beach and the many activities there

Will Not Return

Housekeeping staff was friendly, pleasant and efficient. Location was good but not the best.

No designated parking for our room or building. We had to park near office and walk a ways to building where room was. No walkways made to get to building or room. We had to roll suitcases up a grassy hill and walk on wet grass to get to car or room. No Keurig in room. Instead there was a tiny coffee maker with horrible coffee. For the price you pay for the room there should be a Keurig like other places. one night i had only lukewarm water for a shower. Other people around with kids were allowed to be very noisy. SEAWEED on beach making it impossible to get near or in the water. other places rake the seaweed out.

Lovely Cape Cod stay

Location was perfect. Right on a beach. Small but nice and perfect for our young granddaughter. Nice pool. Breakfast right on the water.

Breakfast was a little late to start for us early risers.

A relaxed spacious Inn that I will definitely return to.

Intergenerational fun happens here in this down to earth gem on the beach. Bunnies in the garden, cocktails by the beach, delicious salads for dinner. And the staff are the friendliest!

The air conditioner in our room was old and noisy. The two old arm chairs nearly took up all our space. A little bit of upgrading and this place would be FABULOUS.

Disappointing

On the ocean

They were cottages. I expected to be in the hotel part on the ocean. Parking was terrible. You had to walk through the grass to get to your cottage and it was always wet and never cut in 8 days! Hostess was not pleasant when we went to eat. Anytime we asked for something they were not pleasant. Especially the restaurant. Forgot about us. Had to go get our own water and coffee because no waitress was assigned! Rooms extremely small. AC in the rooms are noisy and not easy to adjust where it blows the cool air. Housekeeping was fabulous!! Kudos to her.

It was disappointing .

Most of the amenities were nice. Staff was very pleasant.

We expected to be right on the water. We were the furthest away in a cramped little cottage. The bed was against the wall on 2 sides making it difficult for someone our age to manage without making our spouse move. Also instead of a beach view we had the view of a port a potty and dumpster from our front door and were awakened before 7 each morning by the sound of a compressor and hammers. We wanted to relax by the beach as I had just completed 4 months of chemo and radiation and we were very disappointed.

The beach had a bad odor. I asked to be on lower area as I have knee problems had to walk up hill to get to the room .
