Got a handicap room.
The walk in shower was very slick when wet, worried about falling.
Couldn't make waffles because they were always out of syrup.

Upon check in the room was near the elevator which I requested to be away from. we didn't even enter the room and went to the check in desk and alerted the Desk Clerk (Trina) of the request and asked to be moved to another Standard King Room which had not been checked into yet. This was granted. Upon checkout and receipt of my stay, the rate changed from $217.59 to $336.04 and brought it to the attention of the Desk Clerk who was a different person (Kelly) I asked for the manager who wouldn't talk to me (Jena) at the time. I've called 2 separate times and left my number and STILL have NOT spoken to management about readjusting my stay to the confirmed amount for the same room. I am in process of sending a dispute of charge to my credit card company.
