Very clean. Room was large and felt fairly spacious. Breakfast had lots of choices and it was hard to choose without choosing more than I could actually eat.
The room was very soundproof and quiet, so we weren't disturbed by other guests.
The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The strike plate on our door was missing, causing there to be a slight crack in it. There wasn't enough seating for breakfast, and one of the breakfast area tables was broken.

Breakfast were okay and the gal that checked us in was very pleasant and gave a good recommendation for dinner as there was nothing open close by. Wish we had more opportunity to explore Chattanooga.
Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was meh. The sound of the trucks coming off the mountain was awful, all night. No one's fault but the construction was no match for the reverb.
