House keeping never brought our towels for our 2nd night stay. When we requested they still didnt bring them. 3rd time? Nope. I dont reuse a towel I dried my ass on. We finally went to the indoor pool and grabbed a few towels.
We unplugged the refrigerator in our room. The compressor was loud. Sounded like someone in the room next door was urinating loudly for a very long time. Other than that everything was perfect.

The activities, restaurants, and outdoor facilities were great. There is so much to do and the staff was wonderful. The pools were warm and we really appreciated the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub options.
It’s a lake resort, so there are bugs and a lot of humidity. At times, the room got musty. Keeping the AC running helped with that.

Proximity to the water and updated rooms.
The cost doesn’t match the value. Lack of use of facilities due to weddings. Miniature golf no longer available and the game room had non functioning games and not clean. The checkin staff were not friendly and the food was just ok.
