Unfortunately, I cannot respond as to whether I like the breakfast we stopped to get some rest and continue on our journey, but thank you for the great hospitality
What I enjoyed about this property was the fact that the room was clean and my husband and I got a good nights rest. Thank you.

The location
The building was very old and breakfast was not what I expected

The location was one of the biggest positives for us. We were in town for an event, and the hotel was only about eight minutes away, which was extremely convenient. The property has more of a motel-style exterior, but the room itself felt more like a traditional hotel room and was generally what I expected for the price. Compared with some of the other options in the area, this felt like a reasonable choice if you mainly need somewhere convenient to sleep.
The property could use some attention when it comes to cleanliness and lighting. The floor in our room felt sticky when we arrived and could have been cleaned much better. Outside, some of the downstairs lights were not working, which made parts of the property feel poorly lit and uncomfortable to walk through at night.
My biggest disappointment was the advertised breakfast. I expected an actual complimentary breakfast, but what was available was essentially a coffee machine and muffins. There was no actual breakfast service at the hotel. I think the listing should be much clearer about what “breakfast” includes because that was something I specifically considered when booking.
Overall, the stay was okay for the price and convenient for where we needed to be, but better cleanliness, exterior lighting, and more accurate information about breakfast would improve the experience considerably.
