Overall, very nice property. Will definitely return!

Entire property was very clean. Every thing was as we would have expected. The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

The TV remotes were difficult to use; had to take remotes from one TV to use with the other TV. Not friendly to use. Even then, the remotes didn't work well.

I would stay here again.

The room was great. The bed was super comfortable, the chaise lounge was super comfortable, the electric fireplace was a very nice touch, being able to go out on the patio and see the lake right there was awesome.

There were a few issues. When booking, you are required to pay for your stay before your booking is confirmed. I kept getting messages that I did not pay even though the money had been taken out of my account. When I tried to contact the property, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for around 40 mins so I had to hang up and call booking.com in which they confirmed I had paid and the property is not supposed to contact me about that anyways because it’s booking.com that handles it. I was also told that our room did not have a jacuzzi tub in it, just a regular tub, however there was a jacuzzi tub because it had jets. Upon arriving, the office closed at 7pm so we had no instructions on what to do if we arrived after hours. Finally, I was able to get ahold of the property and they told me there were lock boxes and how to get into ours to get our room key. I’m not sure why that wasn’t included in an email, or why the WiFi password was not in the room or anywhere listed on the papers that we received in our lock box. The office is down the street from your room, that’s where the pool is located as well so we never ended up using it because it is for the residents that live there as well so in the afternoon/evening it was packed with residents & kids. It was also strange that while booking it showed there was only one more studio room available, however I did not see anyone else in the hallways or outside the entire weekend, the only people were people that lived there. I didn’t really mind because it was super secluded for us because of that. It also says no smoking anywhere on the property, however there were ashtrays on top of the garbage cans everywhere. Another thing is, I wish there were curtains on the patio doors. There were only blinds, so in the morning when the sun came up it was soooo bright I had to cover my face with a pillow. The shower was nice, but the rubber lining on the door wasn’t fully on so water leaked out no matter what you did.

Disappointed in the facility but the staff was very nice!

Loved the look of the room and the view of the lake.

The broken whirl pool tub, burnt out light bulbs, shower only had scalding hot or cold water(nothing in between), no water on our last day.

Good place to stay but poor communication from staff.

Beautiful location in a great spot. Pool and hot tub is very nice.

Poor communication. I received about ten different emails with different confirmation numbers. I was given 3 different check out times in my email, on the papers we were given, and on the app. We were locked out of our room on the last night and had to find a way to get back in. We were supposed to have an extra key in a lockbox but they did not know the passcode. Some did come quite quickly to make a new key.

Beautiful View, Very Clean, Spacious Room, we are going back next summer!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was bigger than we expected. The pictures online don’t do it justice, seems bigger in person. The view from our room was amazing, waking up and walking onto balcony each morning was peaceful.

Wish we had another chair for the balcony.

awful, misleading.

Room size.

Cleanliness was awful. Mattress was stained with pee. Pillows and blankets also had stains on them from bodily fluids. Floor dusty and not washed well. Carpets and hallway were awful smelly old dirty, and stained Pictures of Resort where Miss meeting. Swimming pool Not on site. Beach was smaller than Advertised. The hotel was spread out through many blocks... Blinds didn't close and open as they should. No dresser on-site had to keep clothes in suitcase.. Patio light did not work late above. the kitchenette did not work. Still waiting for reimbursement from hotel stating that it's a bookings.com problem.

The View was absolutely beautiful of the lake

The mattress was so so hard it felt like we were sleeping on box spring the couch had no support when you're sitting for the price they charge here a night they could get a decent new mattress and a new couch everything else was very nice

The best place that I've stayed in the dells so far!

The room was like having a dream home that we all strive for. The setup was nice and there was a lot of room and space to have fun.

The pool area could be bigger.

View was incredible! Room very nice. Be super super super comfortable and soft! Only complaint... towels were not stocked mini fridge was on hot setting not cold and there was no coffee for he coffee pot which we didn't notice until the next morning when we wanted coffee. I know they were very busy on this day age short staffed. They were rushing to have a room done in time for 4pm check in. A staff member DID bring us additional towels much later in early evening but this was after our shower where we had to share a towel. We WILL stay here again though! Your front desk staff was just out of this worldand omg the view and one more thing! The freaking hot tub just wow! Very clean and very impressed by the decor and overall comfort. 4 out of 5 stars for sure!

Lovely holiday visit to Dells.

Great location right on lake easy car access to Dells. Very clean & comfortable w/ fantastic spa-like shower.

Booked because thought there was access to spa on property, but didn’t realize that it hadn’t re-opened since Covid.

Very good

It was peaceful and quiet. Very private and sound proof for a couple to spend good quality time. Their bathtub was amazing.

The price was a bit much for a suit like that.

Deceptive.

Free Noah’s arc tickets and walkability.

I traveled with my 6 year old daughter to go to the waterpark and they gave me a room with a stripper pole in it and an inappropriate photo. The carpet was disgusting and the whole place wasn’t very clean overall. Outdated and in need of repairs.
