Retro feel, that was well taken care of over time. Nothing fancy, but served the purpose of a nice night's stay in a quiet location. If traveling in that direction, would seriously consider staying again if the circumstances permitted.

The location is perfect to the rodeo & town. The size of the room is nice. The parking is convenient.

There are no extra amenities in the room, such as utensils, plates or paper towels. A king room, that we had to pay $15 extra when we arrived only had 2 towels. The female staff member was pleasant, but not the male. Lastly, the fridge was not functioning correctly. The motor ran all night. I didn't fall asleep until after 3 am. I told the front desk at checkout about the fridge, she said we should have unplugged it. We had food that would have spoiled if we did that.

I love the location and the over all feel of a small safe place to stay. I have stayed here for 4 years while my son was at the university.

Ease of parking and checking in/out. Friendly staff, clean mostly updated room.

The rooms do not smell fresh and clean I am not sure of the odor but maybe a fresh coat of paint throughout would clean up that.
