The room was large, comfortable and clean. All the plumbing worked fine and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy and right in front of my room. I would stay there again.

Its location in the neighborhood. Inn price was the best in an area that doesn't have many hotels. Convenience stores/gas stations (4) either across the street or only a couple of blocks away from inn. Close (~1/2 mile) to I-90.
The room wasn't accommodating for watching TV (which I rarely watch... unless I'm staying in a hotel.) The armchair was comfortable but couldn't be maneuvered to face the TV because of the large amount of space the queen beds took up in a small room. The plastic desk chair was easily movable but uncomfortable to sit in for more than 10 minutes. Room could also use a portal for cellphone charging. Inn was pretty far from larger Finger Lakes towns.

"Great older motel, very clean with very friendly and helpful staff in a location that makes it easy to see everything within a short drive."
