Good location, facilities, and staff.
The automated phone system had glitches. This complicated arranging my shuttle pickup after it had taken me to the Botanical Gardens. The staff, however, did their best and offered apologies for the delay. --System needs to be fixed!

Place needs a deep cleaning. Sheets were stained, hair in the bathroom.

When the employee at the front desk saw my request for handicap parking, she switched the room I had originally reserved on the second floor to one on the first. As this hotel did not have an elevator, I greatly appreciated the accommodation and consideration.
Multi-story hotels always benefit from having an elevator to accommodate the guests as it can be cumbersome and inconvenient to haul luggage up and down the stairs. While adequate, the continental breakfast would have benefitted by having more options available. Also, some items were no longer in stock while there was still an hour of serving time remaining.
