Rude manager

Some of the staff were very nice,

Was strange that i couldn't get towels after dark Was pissed that the manager/ owner tried to get my family and I to accommodate her by bothering us with some dumb request to move away from the building/ picnic table just to say never mind.... I'm pretty sure you're supposed to accommodate me; especially when I'm not doing anything wrong and I had just gotten married the day before!!!! She acted a little high and mighty!

Overall I am very disappointed I didn’t get what I thought I paid for.

Location

I ordered a room w Jacuzzi through filters. I was shown a list of rooms with Jacuzzis. I chose this location because of the location. I couldn’t in as the room key was not working. When I got in the room, I was just happy to be inside. I noticed there was no Jacuzzi and I was set up with a handicap bathroom. I adjusted to the shower and ended up enjoying it the second time a lot more than the first. The next afternoon I explained that I thought I was getting a room with Jacuzzi and not handicap friendly. They said there was a room available so I asked if they could switch me to that room. She told me no and I was fine with that but later when another employee was at the front desk, I asked again, he said that I could try to get the real through Booking.com. He said there was one available. I immediately looked and it didn’t show. I asked him about it and he said it must’ve been reserved. Overall, I was disappointed that I paid for something that I didn’t get at all. Also, the lighting in every fixture or lamp was way too bright.

Bed was on a metal base so it was noisy every time you moved, no fresh fruit, water or juice. You can tell the owners are cheap and were trying to cut corners to save money.

The breakfast didn't serve anything hot. Only waffles are available if you made them.

Superb

The jacuzzi was amazing. Very nice room

Did not like the fact that the sign said the pool was open and it wasn't. They didn't even have the leaves out or the rain water pumped out to get it ready

Stayed out of convenience to budget

The property was well maintained and I loved the keycard only entry at night as two females traveling alone. The bathroom was huge compared to most hotels and is our favorite out of our travels so far

While we were there my friend and I both had the same thing go missing the day that housekeeping was let in, a pair of underwear and our clothes had been moved. This was very disturbing and left us with an unsettling feeling when we packed. We searched the room and found nothing else missing but never found our underwear either.

Dirty area, mean pushy people

At 900 am they stopped us from having breakfast and threatened that we could check out if unhappy. Water in room came out in drops, until fixed.

Lack of customer service!!

The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size.

The manager was very rude the 1st morning. We arrived to breakfast 8:50 thinking breakfast ended at 10:00. The staff had already begun closing the breakfast while we were getting our coffee. My husband went to make a waffle and was told he couldn't. Another guest was there wanting to make one as well. The manager proceeded to argue for 20 minutes that we could not make the waffles because it was closing. She told the other guest she was not going to listen to what he had to say!! Very unprofessional!! She finally decided we could have a waffle. It was so unnecessary for her to waste 20 minutes !!!

Horrible

The rooms was clean

When we arrived the room we originally booked with was the king studio suite/kitchenette. We arrived and it was giving to someone else. So the owner made excuses and said it was booking.com fault because it showed wrong picture at booking. Which was a lie. We were only staying one night so the owner gave it to someone who were staying more than one night. I was pissed so they put us in another room only to be woke up to someone trying to access our room at 1am in the morning I was livid. I went to the front and I told the women what kind of business are y'all running someone could come into your room while you sleep is so scary. I don't recommend this place at all rude and unprofessional

Friendly employees, comfortable room and needs better breakfasts

The woman that check us in was very friendly and made you feel welcome. She also was the one to check us out on Wednesday and made us feel like we want to come back.

The breakfast was lame Waffles, Bread, pop tarts, 2 kinds of cereal and coffee. The juice machine was down and they could have put it in a pitchers so people could have juice with little food you offer. It was so bad on Tuesday so we went to a different restaurant for breakfast before heading home.

Fairly decent motel. It is trying hard to be clean and comfortable.

The first night I spent here (I ended up having to book 2 more nights) I was right off the lobby. It was quiet until they served breakfast in the morning.

Rooms were clean and the place was quiet. Bathrooms have been renovated and are much nicer now than my last stay.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but when I opened the door, it reeked of smoke. I had to go to the grocery store and buy Glade and sprayed two cans just to get the smell out, but it kept returning. Some of the furniture was very worn and dirty-looking so I did not sit on it.
