I would say that the staff made the stay exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. It was obvious that their only purpose was to make sure that we had anything we needed. When you walk to the front desk and they greet you with enthusiasm, that makes the difference. The breakfast was at a restaurant next door, with a voucher. It was hardy and tasted great. In the room everything was clean and worked. In all it was a good stay.
It wasn't that I didn't like anything in particular, but I'm not going to pretend that this is a 5 star place to stay. It was, however, comfortable, clean and had a nice view.

Large room, comfortable bed, close to Bryce canyon shuttle bus (3 miles), breakfast included, refrigerator in room, plenty of hot water in shower/bath.
Poor to non-existent internet service; very limited breakfast items (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, coffee); no microwave.
