We did not have the box breakfast. I don't think the hotel was serving breakfast that weekend.
The desk staff was helpful with recommendations.
There was a dirty paper cup left on the coffee counter the first day.
We had to ask to have the coffee counter replenished.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff
Very noisy. Was in a room on College Avenue, first floor. I found out that drag racing and loud mufflers are common in this street. It lasted until 2 am and I was not able to sleep. I was able to change rooms after a couple of days but lack of sleep the first two nights negatively affected my trip.
