I liked the friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a room on the top floor to help avoid any noise disturbances, which I really appreciated.They were also patient and friendly when explaining the hotel policies after I had a few questions.
I also liked the amenities in the room, especially the fridge and microwave. The room had most of the essentials I needled. I just wish there had been an iron available for clothing
I saw a small roach during my stay, which was pretty disturbing. The hotel also smelled strongly of smoke, and even the small elevator had a strange odor despite having an air freshener duct taped to the wall. It honestly felt unreal.
The bedroom also had an unpleasant odor, so I had to leave the window open for ventilation. However, the window faced a bright exterior light that attracted a lot of bugs, so I eventually had to close it. Overall, the room and hotel did not feel clean.

Bed was comfortable and room was nice.
Never was asked for a deposit for incidentals anywhere else before but I'm very pleased the deposit is returned to my credit card.
Watered down apple juice.
