The front desk was 24hr check-in as advertised, We arrived in the middle of the night (2am) as a stop just to get some sleep on our way to our final destination & the front desk person was nice & personable, was right there & didn't have to wait for them.The room was clean & very spacious (handicap accessible), the bed was comfortable, the pillowswere small but nice & there was 4 of them. The room had all the basic necessities (nothing over the top). The room was already cool when we got there, ac worked great. We didn't do breakfast so can not speak as to what that was like..
There was a sheet & very thin cover on the bed (no blanket) so I would recommend bringing a blanket if U get cold. My only other complaint was being charger $2 more than what my reservation was contracted for, due to time issues I have not addressed this issue yet but will update after I do.

Easy to check into however all staff is not pleasant to deal with
The staffs attitude, meaning office & housekeeping & as well as the "made up towel" rules
