For 3days they used paper plates and cheap plastic utensils. Difficult to cut waffles

The room 616 was not Matthew Pierson…. He booked the room for us with my credit card… I am his Father Micheal Pierson and my wife Lisa… We were their for his wedding… The room was not clean to my wife and I. The chair was worn out and dirty.
The Bed mattress was worn out terribly. The pillows had no support which made sleeping for us both difficult.
Parking charge of $5 a day after paying >$700.00 for 4 days is stealing to me.
What is up with the $25.00 check in fee?
The maids were very good and we did not eat at any breakfasts offered for lack of space..
We did not complain but looked forward to this request.
