We have used the Drury Hotels whenever we travel and they are available in the area we are travelling to. Drury has always exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, spacious rooms, great locations, friendly staff, just overall really well done.
The only thing we didn't like at this visit was the hotel (and surrounding area) lost power for a couple hours; however it was not the hotels fault and they did everything they could to accommodate people checking in and still maintaining their amenities. The Drury has what is called a 5:30 pm kickback where they serve food to guests and give a few free drinks. Unfortunately the power went out just prior to this being set out, therefore the only food they could put out were things like nachos and salsa, and salad mix with some chilled condiments. The drinks were still provided. But, Drury had pizza ordered and delivered for the guests to have since they could not provide their usual kickback. It was greatly appreciated!

A place to sleep.
The front desk manager was rude check-in. Our room smelled so strongly of perfume and cleaning supplies, we hardly slept. The refrigerator didn't stay cold and the a/c barely worked. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to other Drury locations. And after all that, I was not charged the correct rate -- which apparently happens frequently -- and had to call for the refund.
