This was one of the nicest places my wife and I have ever stayed. From check-in by Nancy and the free prosecco and chocolates, to the very spacious and well-appointed room, to the Michelin-star restaurant attached to the motel, everything was perfect. The included breakfast is a sit-down with a waitress and the entrees were absolutely delicious. The dinner the night before, salmon with crab-cakes on top, was to die for...everything was done perfectly! We would give this motel a 20 rating if possible!
The only minor issue was apparently the central air had gone out and they had to install a window unit. It kept the room very comfortable but closing the shade the way intended would have blocked air-flow. Some minor adjustments and the room was perfect for sleeping!

Great location, clean modern room and bathroom , very comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Short two blocks to Village Green and free Island Explorer shuttle. Enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores!

The room was clean, the bed, pillows & linens were very cozy. It was great having breakfast right there, it was busy, however that was expected as it was included in the room price.
We were only 10 mins from Arcadia and it was great that we were right in the thick of things in Bar Harbor. We enjoyed walking to dinner every night.
There was nothing not to like.
Initially we were concerned, as it was an old style building, however that changed quickly once we determined the room was very comfortable.
