Terrible!!!

Nothing

No one was at the checkin for over 20 minutes. And wouldn’t answer phone either. After 2 police officers walked in looking for someone too, we left and stayed somewhere else

Bed was comfortable even though I didn't get much sleep.

Bed was comfortable. The Indian restaurant on location is good.

Fire alarm went off waking everyone up. Zero communication from staff on what was going on. Didn't even get a sorry from staff. Turns out they have 3 properties and the fire alarms are linked to all 3. The alarm was going off at a different hotel which inturn had our location go off. Didn't get any sleep was not impressed with the lack of attempt from the hotel to make it right. The doors are left open there were lots of people who were not guests just sitting around in stairwells and outside the room. I would not want a female I know staying at this property alone.

We asked to switch to another room. It was just as dirty.

There was no way to feel safe staying there so I didn't.

When I arrived, there were three police cars in the parking lot. Police officers were taking two individuals into custody. When I made the reservation through Booking.com I was certain that I had the option of cancelling without any charges. However, the front desk told me that their policy didn't allow me to cancel. When I returned to the parking lot for my bags, there were several loiterers around my vehicle. I decided to stay elsewhere and had no choice but to pay for the room anyway.

The hotel is in a high crime area. I observed outside individuals in the lobby who were bothering guests of the hotel. The front desk was aware of the situation and did nothing about it.

Horrible stay. The rooms were dirty, smelly and the front desk staff were rude and not helpful.

The room was not clean and the hotel smelled funny. The front desk receptionist was horrible. I called the front desk numerous times to ask for extra pillows as I have had recent back surgery. I went to the front desk and was turned away. It wasn't until my second night there, around 8pm that someone brought me extra pillows. This used to be a great place to stay, but has gone down hill. I would not recommend staying here. It's awful!!!!

Location was great -that’s about it for the Ramada - the restaurant inside had delicious food ( Indian )

Very low quality -room smelled - bedding was wrinkled -light didn’t work on desk -bathroom bathtub had mold and I’d never use it !! Low quality -price was wayyyy over priced for what this Ramada offers -very disappointed-glad to get going

There were dirty socks left in our room! A plastic cup was unwrapped and wet.

No breakfast

Staff didn't know if there were security cameras in the back parking area. I was concerned for safety of my vehicle and trailer.

The house of mouse and not the mickey kind

For the price and location, the Ramada was the best option.

First, I was on poolside which got so loud when people were in the pool that I had to turn the TV up. Then there was the mouse problem which turned into a hygiene nightmare at the end of our stay. I was there for a couple of weeks so had a drawer of food. Opened the drawer to pack it up and found 3 newly birthed mouse babies nestled into my food. I took this to management's attention where I requested a refund for the one out of nineteen nights I was there, which management approved. Here we are three weeks later and still no refund. Tried calling them and they say they have no record of a refund being approved and will not be using the refund. Called booking.com and was given a $25 coupon off my next stay.

abandoned cars, homeless people living in parking lot, the smell of the room was not good, dirty linens, stinky linens, very uncomfortable getting out of my car! expressed my concerns staff was not surprised did not offer another room, advices that I call Booking.com and have them call to get a full refund!

Thanks to Sunday Morning Lady getting off night shift, as she did wake up call,drove me to airport.

Convenient location. Staff provided ride to the airport. but not from the airport.

I called on arrival at airport, was put on hold for extra long time. I asked for the complimentary shuttle to Ramada. I was told there was not a shuttle available. I found my own way to Ramada to check in, I asked why there wasn't a shuttle, she said she didn't know and had not taken my call. However, the receptionist's voice sounded like the person I had spoken with. she checked me in, when I got to the room (119) it was wide open, and a man, standing there said I couldn't use that room, that there was a problem, and I went back to the desk. The reception clerk said she didn't know there was a problem, but gave me a different room. that room, (106) looked half clean. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was a broken strip at the door. Towels, sink and toilet, shower all seemed okay. I was tired from traveling and felt I could manage.

This is the worse place to stay! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms dirty! Loud music playing all night shaking the glass in the windows from inside the hotel. Asked why loud music front desk said they rented their convention center for a party and loud music was allowed.
