The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day working at a festival in Boston. Most importantly, the sheets and bedding were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. For a one-night stay, the room gave us exactly what we needed.
The check-in process was extremely slow, we waited about 45 minutes, and the cleanliness of the elevator and some common areas was below expectations. They also advertise breakfast, but it’s really more of a grab-and-go coffee station rather than what I would consider breakfast. I did appreciate being able to grab a cup of coffee on my way out, but I think the description could be clearer so guests know what to expect.

The location is not far about 10 minutes walk to a subway stations, nearby are a selection o restaurants. The room was very clean, the bathroom was impeccable clean as well, hair dryer, clean towels.
Since I came during summer hot days, the house seems to be better for winter, it was still hot inside past after 9 pm, the air conditioning is old and small to cool off the room. No iron (at least I could not find it). One more thing, the internet did not work during my stay.

No additional linen for the 2nd bed although mentioned for family
Bath towels etc was not stocked well
Toilet was blocked. No response from the property to fix timely. Multiple follow ups.
