Convenient location in downtown Redding

I had an interview in downtown Redding, so this hotel was walking distance to the government office where I needed to go. It is only about 5-10 minutes walking distance to several good restaurants in the downtown sector (La Cabana, Kobe Seafood & Steakhouse) and the YMCA gym and pool. My room was quiet and clean. The hot shower had good water pressure. The wifi was reliable and fast. Travel Inn is also close to the river, where there is a running trail.

the bed was horrible and even with ear plugs it was loud sleeping was difficult

very disappointed

not really anything. it was undergoing renovation, and I hate when that happens, but the room was clean

ongoing renovation. the curtains in the main room are slightly see through. if I can see outside, that means they can see me. there’s a slightly uneven landing leaving the bathroom. I must have tripped on it 4 times. tv didn’t work. I had to eat in the dark because of the see through curtains. plenty of parking because I think I was the only one there.

Disappointing

Room clean but in noisy area.

In busy area of Redding. All old hotels. Should charge half of price listed on a weekday. No TP and towels like dollar store-very small

Minimal, but adequate.

It was clean. It fills the need if you are looking for a real basic place to stay. We had to make the reservation at last minute and were told no refunds. I think if I had seen it first, I might not have booked it.

No refunds if you didn't like it. Parking was tight and difficult near the corners of the parking lot where it was easy to block someone in. Cheap shower heads, and minimally stocked shower supplies.

Friendly man in the office was pleasant. Will definitely be staying there again.

The window in the first room we were in didn't lock.

I won't return.

The room was very clean.

The heater was uncontrollable. It was either off or blasting out heat. The room was either cold or too hot.

Convienent location but the room was not comfortable.

The location and price were good. The host was kind and provided a list of local resturants that were open and their dinning options with covid (take out, patio dine in, ect). The new bathroom was very nice.

The AC hardly cooled the room, this was our biggest issue. The room was not very clean - caked on dust on the blow dryer, soap scum and a sponge in the shower, missing drawer handles.
