Location
Beds are too soft and not made correctly. Sheets half on so they come off while you sleep

LOVED the location and the outdoor pool. You can tell this facility upkeeps the pool area very well, and the grounds are very clean. Employees are all very nice and professional.
The bathrooms could be refurbished - I wouldn't be surprised if mold was growing. There were brown patches on the ceiling and in the corners of where the wall meets the tub. It's not a dealbreaker, but was noticeable enough to lessen my overall rating.

Cleaning. At least vacuum and remove tras from under tbe sofa once in a while
