Room was clean and no bed bugs. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Printer non functional so I couldn't get a receipt. Gave desk person my e-mail so a receipt could be sent, but I never got it. No juice at breakfast. Room had a shower , no tub, and shower had damage inside.

Good location. Everything seemed clean
Very noisy
Minor issues such as an unsecured faucet and the sliding shower doors definitely needed repair or replacement

the bed and shower were good.
The room smelled musty. Non-human check-in by video was very bad and unsatisfactory. I pre-paid and the guy argued with me that I did not. Breakfast was bad. No fresh fruit.
