The location was walking distance to all the events we were there for.
If I'm being picky, the shower was very tiny and it took some wiggling to get in. But that is all the room they have, so I understand.

Beautiful building, furnishings were amazing, very clean!
No TV in room, no coffee maker in room, no trash can in room. Our room was right next to laundry room and laundry was still running at 10 pm. Front desk only has staff for a few hours. Parking is a nightmare, especially in the snow!

We loved the old building, floral wallpaper and history.
For the price paid for our stay, breakfast was meager and disappointing with sliced oranges and grapefruit, white bread, peanut butter, jelly and cereal. It was the worst breakfast offering on our six-day trip in Colorado.
