Their private hot springs are the ultimate highlight - truly top-tier! Relaxing in the stone tubs after sunset with mountain views was incredible, especially with two large pools and nine tubs set to various temperatures. The rooms are definitely on the older side and due for a refresh, but the super comfortable bed ensured a solid night's rest.
While the hot springs were incredible, the room fell far short of expectations. I was placed in an off-site building across the street, meaning a 300-foot walk to access the pools - a detail disguised during booking under the label 'creekside.' The room itself felt dated, was overdue for a renovation, and had a noticeable musty, damp odor. To top it off, they wanted to charge extra for bathrobes. Given the premium rates here, basic amenities like robes should absolutely be included.
