The location was convenient to Salem as that was the purpose of our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Having to pay for parking everyday as if we didn’t book a room for a multiple day stay. I know it’s prime time in Salem during the dates we stayed but we stayed in Danvers, not on a Main Street in Salem. Paying for parking daily was a rip off for the already high priced (overpriced) hotel we were staying in. Since everything around Salem hikes the prices up Sept. 30th. We should have had free parking with our stay. I have never stayed anywhere on vacation and had to pay for parking on top of everything else. The coffee grab-and-go counter was never open for us during our stay. There was a dance competition over the weekend that took up almost all of the parking for guests staying at the hotel. By the time we found parking on the side lot and got inside, the closest elevator to our room was not operating our whole stay. The 2 Starbucks drinks we purchased from the fridges next to the front desk were expired. I did bring it to their attention and they did refund me for them, but it’s just a heads-up for future guests to check the dates always. There were a handful of front desk workers throughout our whole stay who just stood at the front desk. They don’t check the food and drinks daily or weekly?

No water glasses in the bathroom to rinse mouth after brushing teeth. Room little outdated compared to others I’ve stayed at around the date.

The bed was comfortable, wish it was a little softer. The breakfast buffet was good. I liked the 50” tv and that they gave us access to hbo streaming app and other ones too. Was in a quiet room. Nice view

Room was very out dated. It needs upgrading. Theres an old alarm clock in there, old head boards. It was very dusty in there, it seemed like it was coming out of the heater/AC unit. I’m allergic to dust and I woke up every morning with a headache, red, dry eyes. Also the room wasn’t wiped down all the way. There was dust on top of the headboard, Gunk behind the bathroom sink handles (I always wipe everything down when I come into a hotel bc you never know what was actually cleaned.) Inside the mini fridge there was gunk, stains on the couch. The room was just dingy looking. Prices for a water was $4. We bought a few things in the little pantry store they had like milk for the coffee and cereal (a small cup of it) and a few other things; it came out to be 40$ it was ridiculous. Oh ya and the best part: they charge you 10$ per day for parking when they have a huge parking lot. That should have been worked into the price of the room which was about 200$ a night. I didn’t understand why they charged for when it’s their parking lot, it’s not like they are renting out a parking lot in a separate lot and they didn’t run out of space. I didn’t like that especially when they didn’t have other amenities. Also the girls at the front had attitudes and were very short with me. We wanted to stay an extra night and there were rooms available but we were in a king and they said all the king rooms were sold out but when I looked on the website, it said there were other king rooms available the only difference was it was an accessible room. So they had a bench in the shower. That was the only difference. I was very upset that they couldn’t accommodate me so I didn’t have to switch rooms, which would of meant checking out at 11am and waiting 4 hours until a room was ready, I asked if we could go right into another room when we checked out at 11 and she couldn’t give me that answer. So another hotel got our business for our last night.
