I really like the cleanliness of the place and the sheets where soft and white.The receptionist was very nice amd accomodating.

This older motel has recently been renovated. Our double queen room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner was perfect. The floors were somewhat sloped but that wasn't an issue.
This was billed a a pet friendly motel. However there was a $37.50 per night extra pet fee. Not a deposit, but a fee. We weren't made aware of this extra fee until the day of arrival after they'd already charged the credit card for the room fee. We paid the fee, obviously, but it would have been nice to know about it before booking. The room was already fairly expensive for what it was.

The location was convenient. The room was small but comfortable. A/C worked well
The breakfast was below expectations. A granola bar and a yogurt didn't really qualify as "Breakfast". At least some cold cereal, oatmeal and some boiled eggs or even some frozen burritos that could be microwaved.

Advertised as a breakfast but was just a grab and go
Our TV did not work when we arrived. The desk attendant tried very hard to remedy the problem but with no luck. She said to talk to the owner in the morning. He was not available nor contacted us as said he would.
