The check in staff was very friendly. The wagons were great for hauling luggage. The accommodation was very warm and welcoming. The parking area was even well decorated and welcoming. Automatic doors for check in were very helpful. The extra stairway to parking area was excellent. The room was very nice and I appreciated glassware. My overnight stay was short but a treat during a journey.

It is very clean, very quiet, the staff are all great, the location is also great, and the breakfast is very large and a step above most hotel breakfasts.
The property has a grey, depressing color scheme.

It was great! We enjoyed the free bikes.
Bed was a little to firm and the pillows were too thick, hard.

the pool and hot tub were perfect temperature . the staff was pleasant.
the bed must have been made by a marine drill instructor as the sheets were so tight ,had to claw to get them apart. the heating unit was way too loud. the indicator for the bubbles worked after only repeated tries. you were chintzy with the hot breakfast with a small plate that held only limited items and the one time through notice. As a former hotel inspector, the impression was too cheap out here.
