Clean and well laid out
The staff has a hard time understanding service animals. My service animals are not emotional support. That is a guess on their part and I should not have to explain myself. I was also told that I had to keep them with me at all times. To go to my cancer treatments, I take one dog with me and leave the other kenneled in my room. I can only take one dog but the staff kept telling that I had to keep both dogs with me at all times. That has nothing to do with ADA and prohibits me from going to my treatments. My dogs are well trained and we do not leave a room damaged because of my dogs. My dogs are not destructive and when I take them outside, they are well trained and do not bother other guests. The staff need to be better trained about ADA and not have so many “personal” opinions and what the service animals is for and how I use my service animals.

Staff were rude. Room smelled like urine everywhere from the chair, to the bed. We were given a room for disabled people… and the maintenance was deplorable. It was our second time staying here, wont come back. It was 50-50.
Room smelled urine. Kids yelling in the hallway at 2AM.
