Well I have a new favorite hotel for when I'm in DC. It's easy to get to from the train station, the staff is super welcoming, and the room was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Love the George Washington theme. The wifi worked well and was a short walking distance from places to eat.
The tv channel options were pretty limited, but that's a small thing.

FIrst and foremost, the room was very clean and comfortable. A great place to rest and prepare for the day. But the staff!!!! Wonderful service from check in to check out. Happy hour refreshing local drinks, extra bottles of water, offers to help with luggage and ease of check in check out. They were just so nice and helpful. I will be back!
Nothing to say here. I travel a lot and this was one of my favorites!

Situated near the Capitol and the Union Station. Staff members were nice. Benjamin was awesome!
- Room not thoroughly vacuumed. Found a used cup, and pretzel behind the night stand and some dental floss beneath the drawer (see photos). This was reported to customer service via text but not handled. I had housekeeping clean the room but wasn’t remediated. They did fold the sheets and replaced the towels.
- Wide gap in bathroom door
- Bed bugs
- Old condo smell in the hallway
