Close to beach, great nightly rates, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water
Needs to have brighter paint on walls, again toilets are too low need chair height toilets.

Not much. Room was adequately spacious.
It was noisy. The guests seemed a bit shady. Breakfast was a bowl of cold cereal. It was very overpriced.
