Room was much cleaner and more updated than I expected. A lot of bad reviews historically, but the room seemed well above what you would expect for the low price. Better than expected for a hotel in a town with no competition.
Soap and shampoo was empty - unfortunately I discovered this during my shower. One of the cleaning people was smoking in the doorway of a non-smoking room.

Room is clean, beds are very comfortable, amenities are fine
The pool is still close. The hours to access lobby are severely restricted. Breakfast items are not acceptable. Aesthetics of exterior and parking lot is in need of TLC.
