We were on the Gingerbread tour through Cooks Forrest. We had a super comfy bed and a clean room! We had so much fun! Staying here added to this fun experience!

Room price and Pizza Hut next door is the reason we stayed here . breakfast is very basic. Waffle. I wish they have yogurts. Or boiled eggs, or some fruits like apple. We skipped their breakfast and went to McDonald’s which is next door for breakfast

The room ceiling is upstairs room floor making noise. You can hear when the guests up stair walking or using bathroom. Bed sheets not clean. There’s sand on the bed. Mattress and pillows are soft. Furnished is too loud

Our bed was hard as a rock....neither slept well for the two nights there and had sore backs

The fact that this hotel had an elevator as there was another Super in Carlstadt, NJ that I stayed at that did not have an elevator. As a 63 year old disabiled person it was very difficult for me to asscend and desend the stairs.

I did not appreciate that I had to change rooms because the heat did not operate properly in the room that I was originally assigned. I had to repack my things, go to desk clerk, get another key, go back to room with a cart, load it, then go to the new room, drop off things, then return cart and old key, after all of this then I could proceed to the new room. I believe it would be easier for the maid service to check this out while they are cleaning to room to ensure that the room is ready to be rented to the next guest.

The place was filthy. Topless elderly in lobby guess they have people living there absolutely gross never again and I will spread the word no towels short in light would not stay on
