Absolutely terrible! I will never return and sad I spent my money on a flop house.

The location was convenient.

The room smelled terrible, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, 1 towel, horrible service when I asked for more. It was a horrible experience and I will never return! The lobby smells like a wet ashtray.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

I understand covid screwed up everything! First of all, I reserved online 6 days before my stay. 45 minutes before my arrival, I received a call saying they had no smoking rooms clean. I was tired, so I said non- smoking was ok. I checked in and got to my room and was very surprised! Nothing except a bed, tv, dresser, and a bathroom! No fridge. No coffee maker. No microwave. No hair dryer. Rooms should be cheaper if they only contain a bed, tv, and a bathroom! I was a little upset to see I had to keep my drinks and snacks in my vehicle! I've stayed there many times as it's a halfway point on my destination, and I love the Mexican restaurant on the premises, but I may consider looking elsewhere close by for future trips.

Will try another hotel in future

Staff Friendly.

Did not have adjoining rooms as requested. 1 room was dirty when we checked in and they did not have another room with 2 beds available. Had to accept 2 king size rooms that were not close together. So, we ended up with 4 people in 3 rooms apart from each other. Very disappointing since I spoke directly with property on 3 occasions and was assured, we had connecting rooms every time I called.

Almost as bad as Laos and Tajikistan, but in Clarion, PA

The location was right off I -80. The desk clerk, Kierra, was welcoming, friendly, and professional. That’s where liking it ends.

It was the most run down, disgusting motel/hotel I’ve stayed in since I stayed at one in Vientiane, Laos. The bathroom had bubbling peeling pain( the grout on the floor and shower tile was filthy/moldy. The bed was terrible and the sheets and comforter were disgusting. O was happy to wake up without bed bug bites.

Treadmill not operating. Cool air coming from heater in room. No Wi-Fi.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Cigarette butts left in bith ashtrays, the garbage can one had a liner the other didn't. The toilet wasn't very clean. I towel and washrag no matt for in front of shower.

Ok as a quick stop while traveling through

Clean rooms

The non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. Our room was missing all pillowcases and when I went to the front desk to get some, they had none. Instead, I became an employee for them and they gave me a key to the neighboring room and asked me to steal the pillow cases from that room then return the key to the front desk. Poorly managed/unprofessional.

It took 3 attempts to get a room that had working AC or lights. Then we ended up with a bed that was so worn out it would have been better to sleep in our truck.

Easy access and location to the campys

There was no breakfast that I was aware of. The motel struggled with staffing. I checked out early unexpectedly due to Ian’s rain. What surprised I received a credit

Communication could have been a bit better with the lack of house keepers and if the motel had a breakfast it also could have been communicated

Some attention to detail needed

Decent rooms. Comfortable bed.

Did not receive any room care during our 2 day stay. There was a hand written envelope on the nightstand upon our arrival. Thanking us for staying with them and signed by the room attendant (assumed). In the corner of the envelope was written "tip" and on the back said "please seal". Some black (possibly mold) around the tub caulking. Bags of trash sat outside the entrance door we were told to use during the whole time we stayed. Steps on stairs were taped with black electrical tape to secure the runs.

Power went out but I'd still come back

The price was nice and I could smoke cigarettes in the room I got. The restaurant connected to it is really good and it is nice to have somewhere to eat that isn't far.

My power went out in the middle of the night. It was annoying but I notified hotel staff about it and they were very helpful afterwards.

Disappointing compared to website pictures.

Dirt in stairwells,, not Ada facility, pool closed for no reason other than they forgot to unlock the gate. Fixture in my room plugged in with no bulb, other fixture with one bulb when should have had 2, walls paper thin, no apparent housekeeping for rooms, furniture in my room with busted edges. Is this motel ready to change hands because it shows. Overall rundown look.
