Beautiful setting felt like apartments rather than hotels

I lost my parking ticket

The staff was friendly.

It could have been more cleaner. Dusty and around the rim of the sink you could see brown stuff that could have been cleaned off. Housekeeping could do much better.

Big rooms accommodate our family of 5 well and staff was very nice.

Only hotel on our 2 week trip that didn't have a continental breakfast. Would have liked that.

Spaciousness of the facility along with in-house restaurant.

I question whether this facility was built as a Hyatt hotel. The walls were all done in stucco and not very well. The room (double queen suite) was made up of three rooms starting from the front a waiting room, then a bathroom and finally a bedroom. The bathroom was literally 6' x 6'. The toilet was children's size being 18" or so off the floor. My wife, who is elderly needed my help in getting up each time she used the toilet. Another issue was the parking. I had to pay $12- a day for parking, which I felt was outrageous. Additionally, this parking had to be accessed with the room key, but I had to actually get out of my car to swipe my card, then run back to the car to get out. Even the employees complained about this! This and other things led me to believe that this building was a reconstruction of some sort rather than a 1st rate Hyatt hotel. Best to avoid this location.
