Very poor

Breakfast was okay.

The 1st room smelled so bad like ciggerets and mold we had to switch rooms the next room the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. 3rd room again smelled so bad we decided to go back to the second room. The maintenance guy was able to fix the toilet. Within a few hours. I didn't want to over complain the smell was horrible from the "fix" we just aired the room out best we could. Floors were so dirty it was gross there was so much chlorine in the pool yours eyes burned the second you got in the water. The staff however was friendly. But offered nothing else besides switching rooms multiple times. It's a little outside of town was quite. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

great location but 250 a night is a bit much

didn’t feel clean, clean. two minutes walking around the room and my feet were black - washed feet and put shoes back on. like it’s not that hard to mop the hard floors there was no carpet also your EV car chargers didn’t work and we came for a Tesla event, fix those

the door to the room didn’t close behind us. the pool needs to be refinished (my kid cut her leg on the floor of the pool).

The rooms/beds were clean (bathroom floor grout needs attention), location was great.

Hotel halls smelled like Marijuana for the 2 days we were there, and our room of cigarette smoke. Lamp shade broke, hanging off lamp . Key reader on door kept showing red light and wouldn't open, counter person said battery needed to be changed she would send maintenance down (which never happened) but to keep waiving it until you hear a click. Very loud day and night. The carpeting throughout was filthy, not even vacuumed. The pool looked nasty, didn't attempt using. Didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel due to housekeeping of the rest.

Overall great hotel room

The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home the chairs were comfortable as well my room was very clean as well as the common locations like the pool and eating areas

There was only 2 things that I didn't like and both in my eyes are very minimal the first is that the bathrooms are very small and while on the toilet the bathroom door can't be opened or closed which with kids makes things hard and the second is the toilet paper seems very low quality and single ply

The hallways smelled like weed and there was constant kids running up and down the halls all the time.

Very nice pool and hot tub. Like the gym and everything easy accessible.

The hotel was inexpensive and close to shopping. The hotel had laundry facilities available.

The room was dark. There wasn't enough shelf space to put bathroom items. Had to put everything on the floor or take in the bathroom as needed.

All in all, a nice place to stay.

It’s a quiet and convenient location, even though the hotel is a bit tricky to find. The property is well cared for.

It is in serious need of an update. In our four night stay, the trash wasn’t removed from our room, nor were we given clean towels. We had to ask for them at the front desk.

Great stay. We were comfortable. It was very close to whre we were visiting. Easy to gt too and easy

Our stay was very confortable. We had a room close to the exit door which was great since I can't walk far. The king bed was very comfortable. the room was very spacious. A good variety for breakfast. Enjoyed our stay..we would stay there again.

The coffee is in a little area off the registration desk. They only had paper cups and the lids didn't fit the cup. The cup got hot carrying it to the breakfast table across the forier area. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the breakfast areas also
