Do not stay! Not safe!

Police banging on door down hall. Scary place and very bad part of town. We left shortly after checking in and seeing police.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever spent a night in

Nothing.

The whole place was dirty, gross, and covered in black mold. The room smelled, the carpets and bed felt damp. The bathroom door was busted. The lamps were both beat up. We didn't even stay both nights. Checked out after the first night and found a different hotel. Still trying to get our money back for the 2nd night that we didn't stay.

The pricing was inconsistent. We had three different prices for the five days that we were there.

Breakfast not cooked on time; had to pay upfront for all rooms not pay at checkout; beds were hard; shower rod was falling off wall; tub for bath didn't have a stopper so they gave me a plastic toilet stopper;they charged 30.00 extra to card for 3 wash clothes and a hand towel cause I cleaned up a pop spill and if they would have put them in bleach over night they would have come clean but none of the whites smelled like bleach and enhance lots of towels were stained;also they sold liters of pop for 3.00 but charged my son 4.00 and charged it to his dad's card didn't bother with the cash he had; hot tub was hot but didn't work looked like the manager added SHOCK treatment nightly;plus you had to almost beg to get towels for the pool area; they charged my other son 50.00 extra for deposit even though it was already paid: the water pipes broke in lobby it was coming out of light fixture and they left the light fixture on; plus if the cops ever needed to do a raid this would be the place the lobby and halls recked of weed nightly. Personally I really don't think it lives up to a Wyndham brand standards, more of a low level mom and pop establishment that needs major upgrades in every way. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

The fact that it says 18+ but when I went to check in, it was 21+ and they charged me the full price… I had a free cancellation too except after the 12th which the room was booked for the 14th.. Stealing money from an 18 year old and lying about ages on the site. Would like a refund as I worked hard to get that money they stole from me. Drove all the way to Sioux Falls from rapid city and thought we had a place to stay but couldn’t find anything and had to sleep in the car, while it snowed and rained all night.

I will not stay there ever again, it really went down hill since I stayed there 7yrs ago.

Not much there when I stayed before. The package Donuts were old.

I don't like how I called and said that I needed to cancel and I needed to go through booking.com and I did both parties said I needed to talk to the other, when I talked to the motel they said they wouldn't charge me!! But yet they did!! I also didn't like that I reserved a room with a spa tub the time before and got there and they took them out of rooms!! I was not happy! The motel said that it was booking.com's fault they need to update website. Hmm

I was there for a wedding, had I not spent so much, I would have left and found a different hotel to stay in

in a convenient location

dirty. garbage all over outside piled by front door. room was not stocked with Kleenex or toilet paper. guest service was poor. shower is broken sprays on wall and leaks on to floor so the couple towels you do get have to be used to wipe up the floor. when asking the cleaning lady for more towels, she rudely said go downstairs and refused to help

NOT ADA COMPLIANT. DINGY OLD RUN DOWN PLACE!

The Family that manages the place were very friendly, nice, accommodating and hardworking. It's not their fault the hotel is a dump.

The place is shameful. Its not ADA compliant. Front lobby doors dont open automatically. No elevator! Our room was on 2nd floor. I struggled to bring our stuff upstairs. Our hotel room keys never worked due to Faulty Door knob.. staff had to open door with master key everytime we needed access. It's an Old building that needs alot of renovations and updating. Hallway rug was dingy, stained and dirty. The bathroom pipes were loud, whenever someone from another room was showering, the pipes made loud annoying running water sound in our room! Street noise was unbearable. Breakfast hours was 5am-9am. Really? I didn't sleep a wink!!! This hotel should be removed from your website. Im very disappointed this place is even listed. It sucked!

Don't stay here!

The front desk gal was nice

This hotel us the worst. When I arrived they said my reservation was canceled due to non payment so I paid again and now have 2 charges for the same room. I trust Booking.com to provide safe clean places. This hotel was so dirty the carpets were coming up at every door seam and in the entire hotel. It was so dirty and it stunk so bad. The room was about 50 degrees and the heater was broken and the AC would not turn off. There were men outside pacing the hotel all night, drinking beer sitting on there trunks. The blankets were so thin it was like having 2 sheets. Traffic was loud and people were coming and going all night. We were driving cross country and checked in about midnight. If I hadn't driven 14 hours with a child I would have left. I do not recommend this hotel.

hotel was rather run down; holes in the wall, ceiling n walls were peeling, windows seemed like they weren’t sealed tight, hallway smelled like something was burning. For all the bad stuff it was priced rather high!

We would like a refund

Location was okay

We were given the keys to our room and when we opened the door someone else’s stuff and luggage was in there. We went down to get a different room and had to wait 20 mins because no one was around. Then we got our second room and it smelled like smoke (we requested a non smoking room) and the carpet was all wet. Overall the cleanliness was awful and the staff was not great. We needed up leaving immediately and stayed in a Hilton instead. We would like a refund
