Clean facility, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean room at a great price and can do without the frills and extras this is a good choice.

Location was great for us. We enjoyed our quiet room. The breakfast was very good.
Our door handle's backset to bathroom. was not 100 per cent fastened. The room phone did not work. Never got the wi-fi password. The toilet made a weird piercing sound when flushed. The breakfast was good, except several men were sitting talking, One had a coffee, the others were done, but they were taking three of the tables. We had to sit in the lobby. We were done before the men left.

The pricing was affordable.
Location was great for what we needed.
Our room was right across from elevator which was very noisy with people getting on and off the elevator.
The room needed some maintenance as the screen to the window was visibly broken and kittywhompus and the bathroom grate and caulking was stained and falling down.
