Location of the property relative to the beach and shopping was perfect

Location and price. Room was large and has a decent view of the ocean
Was a little dated and parking can be challenging. Room has dated fixtures that weren’t mounted straight, the shower took a little effort to figure out.

Great location, right next to the beach. Pretty clean. Nice staff, no deposit required (through Booking).
Very limited parking space. They have additional parking in an underground garage that is very steep and you have to step on the gas to get out without rolling back, but it’s hard to watch for pedestrians due to the blind spot. I’ve been to nicer Motel 6s, especially considering the price point. But the location is likely the only justifiable reason for the price.
