Great location. Easy parking. Accommodating staff.

Hotel is old and run down. Had to switch rooms late on out first night because for unknown reason the carpet had several wet spots in the bedroom and near the bathroom entry. It was also equipped with a small space heater (central air either wasn't working or non-existent). Carpets seemed kind of gross, but I always prefer no carpet at hotels for the same reason. Room was switched and issue was resolved. You certainly get what you pay for, but at least it was a great location.

love the property but the power was out. was told maybe 20 mins it would be back up after check in. left for a couple hours to eat. power did not come back on so we left. power was out all over town so not properties fault but would appreciate a refund. thank you

It was a pleasant stay...I am on the fence as to whether I would stay there again...But for 1 night

Daniel who checked me in was wonderful. Pleasant and helpful

Bathroom was very small...Toilet was small. Only had a space heater for heat...no extra blankets or pillows.

Won’t be back

Liked attitude of help at counter, helpful and friendly! Liked cleaner interiors Including bathroom Oder not bad TV quality was fair Furnishings good Bed comfortable This could be a nice place, capital needs to be invested for first impressions appeal. Why not stay booked most of the year with the extra quality effort?

Expectations were much higher. Web site makes it look 5 star. Buyers remorse immediately when entering lobby and seeing exterior premises. Dirty candy machine out side and upfront? Dead fountain Poor paint on exterior, stairs and walkways Elevator dirty as were windows Lobby was dirty feeling Partial exterior paint looks poor. This could be a nice place, and the beautiful area really demands it. You could float this building down into downtown Oakland and be right at home….not good Take pride in basic exterior upkeep and cleaning. Sweep, wash, clean! Sorry to sound hard, as a business owner these are very basic observations. The area is excellent, you should attempt to raise your standard. I won’t return based on my experience. I’m certain these impressions are chipping away at your long term success. Sincerely intending to help.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a great location.

Room not ready for checking in a timely matter. parking was a problem. It is not handicap friendly, ramp to enter elevator in basement is dangerous for those with limited mobility. Hard to get in and out of parking s in parking garage. Very noisy.

We love this place have been here like 6 times this might be our last since we are moving away we love the rooms the location and the staff always polite always accommodating the location is beautiful the beds are so comfortable hard to get out off lol we are really gonna miss coming here.

Outside is run down, old rooms, loud guests that fought most of the evening.
