The location was perfect! The staff was amazing.
The only issue we had was the tub didn't drain great. I'd say from the amount of sand that gets brought into the rooms is the cause of that.

It was next to a couple restaurants and a beautiful beach at Lovers Point
It took a while to get checked in. Got checked in a week but past normal check in times and that was a little rough to get into our vacation and to know we can relax. Pillows are not the best. A bit outdated.

The location is really good.
The layout of the room was a little odd to me. The queen-sized bed was a little too close to the window and there was no nightstand on that side.
The window only had the blackout curtain. So if you wanted light in, it was also an open view into the room. A sheer curtain would solve that issue.
