I stay there every time I go to Emerald Isle it is in a good location you can walk to the pier and beach and anywhere you need to go for food or anything else. If you like Mexican food The best Mexican restaurant is directly behind the hotel

The proximity to the Bogue Inlet Pier was nice, so it's just a short walk to the beach. When a couple of rooms experienced a water issue, staff accommodated me very well by allowing me to shower in another room.

There's not a great view of the beach from the upper floor, but that's to be expected with this not being a high-rise building.

Location was convenient and within walking distance of beach, pier, restaurants and shopping. Cold AC.

Room could have been cleaner when we checked in. Had to go get our own fresh towels and more toilet paper during our stay. Upon checking in, we were told housekeeping would come daily. They only came one time during our 5 night stay and that was after my husband went to the main office to complain. The shower water pressure was laughable.
