Great curb appeal, clean parking lot and entry.
Parking was a little tight but, hotel was full

Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful and kept everything clean, fresh.cleaning staff helpful at the room.
Bed was hard as stone, not good for arthritis sufferers.
Hot water container obviously is used for coffee, thus when used to provide hot water for tea, it's rough. Need to keep hotwater containers for hot water only.
