Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great location. Large, clean, quiet rooms. Good breakfast. Several places to gather indoors and outdoors. Meeting room available at a fair rate; includes water and coffee.

Our room was a great fit for our family with lots of space and two full bathrooms/bedrooms offering a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast wasn’t great, mostly sugary foods, lots of carbs. There were premade omelets, hard boiled eggs, sweet potatoes and fruit that were decent enough but we only ate the breakfast one out of 3 mornings because it didn’t offer the foods my family is eating due to dietary restrictions. A fresh made to order omelet bar would be a good improvement. Traffic due to construction was frustrating coming and going from the property. The water was so heavily chlorinated and after three days we all had extremely dry and itchy skin and smelled like we’d been in the pool for days.

Unexpected fee for Facility Maintenance
Front desk staff wasn't able to tell us how to turn off the air conditioner. We were trying to use the controls on the ac/heat unit. Desk said "there is nothing you can do about it". Eventually we found the thermostat on the wall
The refrigerator made a very loud noise every once in a while. Maybe an ice machine or something????? It would last perhaps 20-30 seconds.

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was not clean. There was black hair left in the drain (None of us have black hair) and crusty mildew all around the shower doors. Room smelled musty and if you are not on the top floor the noise from the person above you is almost unbearable. Kept us away all night. The hallway carpets are nasty and there was garbage left in the hallway for a full 4 days outside of the room beside us.
