It is close to relatives and Baxter State Park. The staff was very friendly and I loved the cats in the lobby. Millinocket has few choices for nice hotels & this one is the best one in the area as far as comfort and cleanliness goes.

The fridge was unplugged when we arrived, so I plugged it back in to use it. In the morning, it was barely cool in there. If I had put the milk I bought next to the air conditioner overnight, it would have been colder than it was in the fridge

Friendly employees.

No vents in the bathrooms. Our bathroom was designed like an add-on box. We had to open a hallway door to vent it out after each use. Old bad ordor inside (probably mold inside the foam ceiling) that gets worse when hot steam from shower fills the "box." Bathrooms need vents.
