Location was good, and the staff were helpful, but with very minimal English. The capsule was clean and they supplied PJs.
The air unit was noisy. Sounded like I was sleeping in an aircraft. The temperature was too warm to sleep comfortably, even without a blanket or sheet, although the outside at night temperatures were around 13C (55F). Both the pillow and mattress were thin. The pod was very dated, as it had a radio, but no USB power sockets, and only a single AC socket.
