The location was good. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good. The room was nice.

The parking fee of $40 on top of the room cost was high, but the lot is secure so that is a plus. There was only a very uncomfortable desk chair to sit on in the room even though the picture of the room showed a regular chair in addition to the desk chair and the description of the room said sitting area. We had a room with a roll in shower which is good, but there was no shower chair. We asked at the front desk about getting one and they said we had to call down after 9 am in the morning when maintenance was on duty. This was not a good resolution for us because we had an appointment to get to in the morning and couldn’t wait until after 9 to shower. I also feel not just this hotel, but many need to stop making the beds so high. For shorter people and disabled people getting in these high beds can present a challenge. It also makes using the bed as a sitting area difficult to impossible hence the need for a regular chair in the room.

The beds were really comfortable and the in room HVAC was excellent. Special acknowledgment to Ian who checked us in and was efficient and friendly which we observed later in his dealings with other customers.

The traffic noise, a room facing the freeway was a bit noisy.
