The room was beautiful, the staff were so helpful to us and made the stay just a great experience. This hotel is a very short walk away from the historic sites.

The location was great! And the room was really comfortable too. The front desk people were very nice and extremely helpful. I was charged twice, once from Booking.com and again when I checked in late that night. I told them I had already paid and they told me they would sort it all out and let me know. The next morning, someone stopped me and told me it was all worked out and it was. I appreciated that I didn't have to ask and that they followed through so quickly.

I wish there were more hooks and places to put things like your clothes in the bathroom. It was kind of awkward and not easy to get ready in the bathroom.

The staff are very rude… Amy at the front desk needs to learn how to listen, respect and not speak over the clients with a sharp tone of voice….
