The hotel staff were all amazing. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
The valet service is ridiculous. The times that they staff 2 people, one of them doesn't take or retrieve vehicles. The other issue is that when there's 1 person, he seems annoyed and takes forever to retrieve your vehicle. Even when I was the only person trying to get their vehicle.

My room was nice clean and away from everyone else which was awesome. The view was beautiful especially at night the city skyline was amazing.
The shower curtain was broken & the garage elevator was broken so we had to walk around to the garage entrance in the rain which wasn't fun at all.
